Melissa has traditionally been used internally as a digestive and calmative. I would suggest this be taken through the day or night rather than all at once. This could be added to a babies bath. Can be used undiluted on the face to take advantage of its anti-inflammatory properties. Use undiluted on a herpes outbreak while taking internally as well.
