Coriander

Coriander is an anti-inflammatory and a sedative. Is used to relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia. Used in a massage oil to relieve migraine headaches and arthritis pain. Increases circulation to rid an accumulation of toxins or fluid. Can be used in applications for the face to alleviate oily skin and blackheads.
The seeds are used in rituals of union and companionship and to promote peace. Coriander was listed in the United States pharmacopeia from 1920 to 1980.
Smells like the culinary herb seeds and foliage. Note that the eo from the seed is called Coriander and the oil from the leaves is Cilantro or Chinese parsley. Like most all of the herbs that we are familiar with as culinary additives, Coriander is a preservative because it is an antioxidant, is bactericidal and fungicidal. It is also used as a general tonic for the digestive system.
