This Rosemary is high in Camphor. It is used for acne blends and on the scalp for dandruff and to help thinning hair. This oils increases circulation when used topically, stimulates tissue growth and sebaceous glands. Use as an airborne treatment for all respiratory infections. In a massage blend for muscle pain, cramps and strains. Use in an airborne blend for a dull and sluggish brain, great for a study blend or as a blend to wake up to if you are not a morning person. May have an adverse effect to homeopathic remedies because of the high (up to 30%) camphor. It is very stimulating and can raise blood pressure. This Rosemary may be called borneol type, typically from Spain and the region of former Yugoslavia. This essential oil is used to relax muscles and to stimulate elimination from the liver and kidneys.
